Betaspring Experience is June 11; Bill Warner & Scott Kirsner to Headline

Companies applying for Betaspring's Fall 2012 session by May 21 will be eligible to attend an invitation-only event on June 11 at Betaspring HQ. The Betaspring Experience will give applicants deeper insight into the Betaspring program, an intro to the team, and exposure to Betaspring's alumni and mentor network.
The day will also feature time with Betaspring friend and mentor Bill Warner. Bill, a serial entrepreneur who founded Avid and Wildfire, will lead an interactive conversation about the role that "intention" plays in entrepreneurial success.
In addition, participants will also spend some QT with Boston Globe technology and innovation columnist Scott Kirsner, who will drop some science on how startups can hack the media to get quality exposure for their venture.
Participants will hear from Betaspring alumni who have launched companies, participate in a quick interview with the Betaspring partners, and sit in on a series of short talks that will help participants make the most of their accelerator experience.
The day's hard work will be justly rewarded with some evening fun in Providence to showcase the Capital City's excellent taste in food and drinks.
